The Arctic Circle could hardly be described as a popular vacation destination, so the odds are astronomical that two Chisago Lakes High School friends would be living and working near the top of this planet, at the same time. But that's the way it's been for Tyler Fish and Anders Noren. Close pals growing up; it seems their lives continue to vibrate along a shared frequency.
