Expedition Based Education: Using innovative satellite communication technology, John and Tyler will be able to upload daily text, photos and audio dispatches to the North Pole '09 website. Combined with an interactive map of the expedition route, linked resources and complimentary content additions, these dispatches will allow people of all ages to follow the expedition. This live link with the Arctic Ocean and the captivating narrative of the expedition create endless possibilities for schoolrooms and public education and inspiration. |

School and Public Presentations: Multimedia presentations given by John and Tyler to K-12 schools, colleges and private and public events and institutions provide audiences with a personal connection to some of the most remote places on Earth. Presentations range from multimedia slide presentations to interactive seminar-based programing. Presentations are tailored to the audience. Topics and themes can include: Polar Exploration, Climate Change, Following One's Dreams, Motivation, Teamwork, Communication, History, Geography, Mental and Physical Training and The Pursuit of Goals.
